Arnold’s Air Conditioning of South Florida was created by two successful HVAC business entrepreneurs with over 40 years in the trade to offer customers and employees a unique and better experience. Arnold’s is focused on loyalty, honesty, and transparency to its customers and employees. We believe in building longevity in our team and customer base by doing the right thing. Knowledge is key to the success at Arnold’s. Educating our staff to offer options to our customers, allows both field personnel and customers to feel comfortable and confident in their decisions. There are never high-pressure sales tactics, only smart, educated conversations.

Pay

• $100,000 to $125,000/year
• Bonus and Commission + base pay

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems and equipment
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with OSHA
• Sell HVAC equipment and indoor air quality products
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements
  

• EPA Type II required
• 3 years of Residential HVAC experience (required)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a driver's license background check
• Able to pass a background check
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in reading wiring diagrams and work plans
• Must be authorized to work in the US
