LEAD GENERATOR

POSITION SUMMARY

Our Lead Generators work as members of the General Air Conditioning and Plumbing team inside of inside of retail big box stores generating leads for air conditioning and heating replacement estimates. They engage shoppers by asking and answering questions to determine their interest and needs in receiving a no cost, no obligation HVAC system replacement estimate.

OBJECTIVES

• Engage shoppers in friendly conversation and establish rapport
• Ask questions and answer their questions regarding the air conditioning and heating system replacement.
• Submit member information so an estimate may be scheduled.
• Ensures the highest level of client satisfaction consistent with General Air’s mission and values.
• Submit to General Air interested customers information so an estimate can be scheduled by telephone, fax, and email.
• Engage every shopper that is in proximity of the the instore display.
• Provide friendly energetic assistance to shoppers.
• Attend company meetings and training at General Air’s office.

• Be able to operate a smartphone and tablet
• Present and communicate professionally (written and verbal)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• GED or High School Diploma required
• Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience required
• Current valid state driver's license required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking
• Must be able to lift at least 25lbs
