Workers’ compensation reports for periodic leadership review
Review/assign Workers’ Compensation Codes to all positions
Attend all Benefits Review Conferences and Contested Case Hearings at the Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission as needed.
Process employer related information for Short- and Long-Term Disability Claims.
Process, Review, Approve and Monitor Employees Utilizing Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Process, Review, Approve and Monitor Employee Leave of Absence pertaining to maximums allowable by program needs and agency requirements.
Process, Review, Approve and Monitor Personal Leave requests.
Record Keeping of Insurance Premium and Retirement Loan Payments while individuals are on leave.
New Employee Benefits Orientation and supervisor overview presentations.
Develops, maintains, and disseminates policies, procedures consistent with legal requirements. Develops and maintains written procedures for filing complaints, works with employee relations and/or privacy officer on internal investigations and responding to complaints. Develops and conducts training for managers.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:
- FMLA: 2 years (Preferred)
