Who are you?
- You have at least three years of progressive HR experience

There are four main responsibilities for the role:
- Recruiting and onboarding new hires
- We will need to hire up to ten people in the next six months. Experience recruiting will be critical. We aren’t looking for someone to post jobs and filter candidates, we need someone to recruit.
- Developing a training program and managing the program for each role
- We have a lot of training resources but want to better coordinate them and also implement the Trainual tool to improve training and onboarding for each of the above roles.
- Providing backup HR support to client-facing HR Business Partners
- We offer HR outsourcing solutions to small businesses. While your entire job would not be client-facing, providing backup to our HR Business Partners during busy times will be a critical part of the role.
- Internal HR administration and culture curation
- We are a growing team (see above) and will need you to manage the internal HR resources and help keep our culture strong.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Developing, improving, and running a high-performing outbound recruiting process
- Documenting training resources and setting up a new training platform
- Develop learning plans for new hires and follow up on progress
- Make outbound communications to potential passive candidates
- Performing in-depth HR audits and creating HR action plans to help employers maintain compliance
- Assisting clients with implementing strong HR procedures and answering HR-related questions
- Investigating and responding to all client inquiries regarding basic Human Resource concerns in a timely manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Documenting and maintaining HR records and metrics to provide feedback to clients.
- Directing clients to the appropriate tools and resources on our web portals
- Serving as a sounding board in validating the client’s decision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
