Then come and join our global team as HR Services Project Manager (f/m/d) to lead key projects focused on improving our operational processes and tools. This role will also be responsible for managing the overall transformation portfolio for HR Services and building out our project management standards.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will lead key Global HR Service projects from requirements definition through deployment, identify schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- You will create and drive adherence of HR Service projects to PMO standards
- You will build and sustain our HR Service transformation roadmap
- You will drive project prioritization processes and implement service demand processes
- You will prepare regular status reports to measure the health of our various projects and engage leadership to support key risks and issues
- You will partner with Siemens AG on the hire to retire program (rolling out workday and global payroll vendors)
- You will drive change management activities for respective projects & programs and ensure changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a degree in business administration, economics or comparable with a focus on HR or project management.
- You have many years of experience in project/program management and the ability to coordinate cross-functional project teams from concept to implementation; a project management qualification is an advantage
- You have several years of experience in leading HR transformation or cross-functional HR projects
- You have a thorough understanding of HR processes, concepts, systems and tools at global scale
Your attributes and skills:
- You have keen business acumen and collaborate successfully with stakeholders from all management levels
- You communicate with ease in English, enabling you to operate successfully in our international context; knowledge of German would be an advantage
- We listen first: You have strong communication and story-telling skills and include diverse perspectives
- You have strong analytical and conceptual skills, think out of the box and take a proactive approach to implementing innovative ideas
- You possess excellent problem-solving skills; You demonstrate the ability to apply project management principles and methodologies in seeking solutions to project problems
