Job description

Provides or coordinates administrative support for HR Operations

  • Organizes and maintains department files, meetings, emails, workshops, productivity improvements, SAP/ADP ad hoc query reports, orders office supplies and equipment.
  • Makes Client MC Associate travel plans for HR Operations and performs Concur responsibilities.
  • Coordinates and maintains SAP budget process: target charts, reports, financial tracking, monthly/year end accruals.
  • Ensures vendor payments are accurate and timely (requisitions and purchase orders), tracks expenditures.
  • Supports scanning of personnel documents.
  • Serves as the department target representative.
  • Serves as the Internal Controls coordinator.
  • Serves as the department’s VPS representative.
  • Serves as the Information Protection delegate for the department.
  • Completes job verifications for Plant Spartanburg.
  • Manages record retention and storage process.
  • Oversees all aspects of the Controls Target and Indicator Charts: set-up, monitors, and maintains internal target tracking system, Visual Indicator System targets that align with AG and P (Group Personnel) targets.
  • Oversees and manages the Service Awards program for Plant Spartanburg.
  • Provides data as requested from HR systems for internal and external reporting.
  • Enters and maintains SAP data as needed.
  • Organizes Manager’s meetings.
  • Schedules team meetings and communications.
  • Assures records retention compliance with Iron Mountain as records management representative as delegated by the Manager, Human Resource Operations.
  • Maintains department document controller.
  • Designs and coordinates management presentations.

Performs other duties as assigned by Client MC Operations Supervisor.

Skills:

  • Advanced = experience in SAP.
  • Advanced = experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.)
  • Advanced = organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Advanced = customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced = knowledge of budget and forecast planning.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Night shift

  • Greer, SC 29651: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
