The HR Change Management team plays a pivotal role as we transition to this new way of working - so it's an exciting time to join as a Change Lead. We sit within each of the Product teams, and our collective goal is to maximize productivity and deliver value to customers.
You will be specifically responsible for helping to ensure customers understand, accept and adopt changes to people, process and technology that impact our customers' experiences across all aspects of their career journey. Each Change Management Lead is accountable for one or more products and/or a Portfolio. They:
- Understand their customers' existing experiences, know the business problems and desired outcomes and use their expertise to help shape the future of the Product(s).
- Are in lock step with their aligned Product Manager(s), who is accountable for prioritizing enhancements and change work.
- Conduct change impact assessments, build change strategies and socialize plans with key senior leaders, partnering with other Change and Readiness resources along the way - all while tracking key metrics feedback and success.
The ideal candidate has experience in HR overall, with demonstrated leadership in change management within an organization and/or with a consulting firm. To be successful, the candidate must be dynamic, partner-oriented and data driven, able to ask questions, connect dots and influence others - delivering fresh ideas and flawless execution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Know your product(s) end to end - be an expert in the customer experience; know the pain points, be well-versed in the data/metrics and continually review feedback
- Actively understand and provide input into prioritization of the product roadmap and scope of technology enhancements, process improvements, or other change initiatives within aligned products
- Support and influence senior HR stakeholders effectively to align on plans to desired readiness outcomes for employees
- Approach product team work with a customer readiness mindset, effectively partnering with product teams and support partners to assess the impact on all end users (e.g., leaders, managers, employees, HR colleagues, prospective hires, etc.)
- Lead comprehensive change impact assessments, develop tailored change strategies, and execute change plans with a high degree of partnership across teams (e.g., communications, training, digital content, operations, servicing teams) - establishing clear measures and tracking towards them along the way
- Partner and knowledge-share across Change Management community to help mitigate cross-impacts, risks and gaps and ensure change plans are designed at a strategic-level first and task-level second
- Provide content and messaging direction to other HR partner teams (e.g., Communications, Learning, Knowledge Management) and validate through testing
- Course-correct or reinforce changes based on adoption metrics and end user feedback
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 7-10 years of experience supporting change management efforts, providing consulting or strategy expertise, or doing similar roles on cross-business and/or global initiatives
- Understands broader context of business strategy and proactively incorporates into own project; directs the work of others on project assignments
- Anticipates and suggests next steps to advance toward overall solution; displays sense of ownership for projects and overall business strategy
- Stays \"ahead of the problem;\" immediately recognizing when circumstances change and incorporates new issues into work plans; focuses team on the most important issues
- Proactively investigates underlying drivers of unexpected outcomes; independently develops creative approaches to solve issues; synthesizes information into potential themes or trends across projects
- Conveys key messages in confident, compelling manner; maintains composure and presence in difficult meetings; able to address off-topic questions and concerns to steer conversations toward solutions
- Independently structures and designs storylines, documents and decks with digestible displays and graphics tailored to audience needs; succinctly summarizes insights
- Able to change the tone of situations positively; drives action, progress, and results as well as collective unity and team spirit; always considers diverse perspectives to get the best outcome
- High proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Tableau, MS Project and Visio is a plus
