Job Description:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct patient care in the home setting. Previous home health experience is required for this role, along with Oasis and Homecare Homebase knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana
- Active BLS Certification
- One year of experience in home health nursing
- Strong clinical skills
- Oasis experience
- Homecare Homebase
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop a plan of care
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and dressing changes
- Educate patients and families about their condition and treatment plan
- Document patient care in the medical record
