Caregiver Positions:

• We do not mandate our employees to be vaccinated. However many of our clients are requesting Covid vaccinated employees.

• Most of our cases require some type of personal care.
• We are looking for caregivers that are punctual & professional.
• Short shifts less than 4 hours and weekend hourly are paid shift differentials.
• Drivers license and insured vehicle preferred.
• Most clients are located in or around the Avon, Simsbury, & Granby area

Requirements

• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Drivers license with insured and reliable automobile (preferred)
• Dementia/ Hospice including end of life experience a plus
• Minimum one year of documented experience required
• Proof of professional training i.e., CNA, HHA, PCA certificate would be a plus.
• Pass a drug test and background check

Responsibilities

• Personal care, bathing, incontinence care, dressing and other ADL's
• Positive personality with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Follow care plans
• Med reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry
• Meal prep
