SYNERGY HomeCare of Bradenton is a new non-medical Home Care Agency in Manatee County that is part of a nationwide franchise system that has been operating in the US since 1999. We are currently seeking a proven sales professional to develop relationships with referral sources and generate referrals for home care services. This is an outside sales position that requires daily face-to-face sales calls with referral sources. This individual must develop and execute sales plans that generate high-value clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of business development in the home care, healthcare, or senior care industries and has established relationships that can start generating new business immediately.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet business development goals.
  • Establish referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, home health agencies, hospices, physicians’ offices, fiduciaries, etc.
  • Complete daily face-to-face sales call with referral sources for purposes of generating business leads.
  • Be the account executive calling on and maintaining referral sources for ongoing business growth from those sources.
  • Plan and organize community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the community and generate new relationships and business opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation includes base salary plus monthly bonus for achieving monthly quotas and a vehicle allowance, plus quarterly bonuses based on performance results.
  • Vacation time is earned monthly, two weeks the first year. Eight paid holidays plus four paid sick days.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a sales role in-home care, healthcare, or related senior services businesses preferred
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in the healthcare and senior care industries, with contacts and relationships that can be leveraged for business development preferred.
  • Experienced at cold calling, determining the decision maker, setting appointments, and closing the agreement.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of CRM processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business and/or healthcare-related field is preferred.
