This is a live-in specific position 3 or 4 days per week. Dementia experience required. Must have own transportation and be able to commute to Fountain Hills. Must be professional, reliable, caring, with good communication skills and a team-player.

What your day looks like:

• Provide In-Home companionship, activities, meal preparation, personal care such as bathing/toileting, medication reminders and light housekeeping
• Follow a plan of care
• Communicate professionally with families and your team

Requirements:

• Dementia Experience
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Reliable Transportation
• Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, Access to email and a mobile smart device
• Prior home care experience
• Fingerprint Clearance Card
