Location: Leesburg, IN
Reports To: Director of Human Resources Sr.
Position Duties:
- Serves as a strategic technical expert on HRIS functional capabilities, ensuring systems configuration, migrations, upgrades, and integration provide optimum performance.
- Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, including implementation, installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems and modules.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users. Collaborates with HR functionality, enhancements, and Intergrations; recommends and implements solutions.
- Recommends solutions; project manages the changes and implement processes.
- Serves as a lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, HRIS provider, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implement projects.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Manages the development of HR analytics and reporting with metrics that support HR and workforce business objectives.
- Development of Business intelligence reports to support HR functions
- Ensures HRIS project goals are met withing established timelines and within budget.
- Designs user friendly process and training materials and facilitates team training.
- Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and setting for HRIS users.
- Maintains the knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.

- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and technical support skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and action oriented
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
- Flexible, dependable, and capable of operating at a high rate of delivery with minimal direction
- Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity concurrently
- Strong time management skills
- Understands human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals; ability to keep information confidential
- 3 to 5 years of UKG Pro/UKG Dimensions
- Proficient with the use of standards technology including Microsoft Office Suite and 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), project management tools, and video conferencing including related software
