Flourish in Place Home Care Solutions is hiring experienced HHAs and CNAs for cases in East Orange County, and near Bithlo, Chuluota, Union Park and over in Mims.

Additional needs are coming up all over the Greater Orlando area as well. General duties and responsibilities:

• Providing assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, ambulation, transfers, and calls of nature
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals
• Medication reminders and assistance with self-administration of medicine
• Light housekeeping, laundry, bed linens
• Driving to appointments and social activities, shopping, running errands, and
• Inspiring elderly client with your company, friendship, and conversation, and fostering a safe, healthy environment

Flourish in Place Home Care Solutions' mission is to provide loving and compassionate (non-medical) in-home care for seniors and disabled people so they can flourish as they age in place. We offer highly competitive compensation and flexible schedules to special caregivers of all ages and persuasions who are passionate and diligent about caring for others, provided they satisfy the stringent background screening requirements we must insist on before placing them in a vulnerable senior’s home. Prior experience is required for this position.

• CNAs must have a valid Florida license and HHA's must have proper certification
• All employees must submit to (or provide) AHCA Level 2 Background Screening (which involves finger-printing), and their background must fulfill legal requirement
• Employees must provide current negative TB test, current CPR certification, and HIV-Aids course certification
• A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance also are required, and offers are subject to determination that employee's driving record satisfies our insurance company's requirements
• All offers are also subject to passage of a post-employment drug screen

The caregivers we select will possess sympathy for the elderly, disabled, and chronically ill and be passionate about helping them flourish, not just survive. They also will demonstrate maturity, professionalism, and the ability to handle the job’s physical and emotional demands. Interviews will be held at our business office in downtown Orlando.
