We’re looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our team in Montgomery, AL.
Oracle Health is seeking a Business Support Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will lead all aspects of the organization and efficiency of daily operations for administrative and project management office. This includes anything from scheduling client meetings to communicating between client and project collaborators. You will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. In this role, you will support the PMO by collaborating closely with IT and Client teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, resources, equipment, and information to implement upcoming projects. In addition, you will conduct administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence. You will also assist in the planning and implementation of projects, as well as update and supervise the project tracking tools for request and projects. Finally, you will perform other duties assigned by the Client Leader and PMO in and orderly and efficient manner.
Basic Qualifications- At least 2 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education
- Associates degree
- At least 3 years of experience working in an office and/or project support role
- At least 3 years of work experience with MS Office Suite products
- Must reside in or around the Montgomery, AL area
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in MS Office 365
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint experience
- Excellent time management and communication skills both oral and written
- Solid organizational, attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to work on-site and remote with internet access
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local laws
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
