Position Summary Information

General Information
The Department of Health Sciences is seeking self-motivated, detail-oriented students for 10 hours a week for the 2023-2024 academic year that will work with faculty and staff in various ways.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to faculty/staff in/out of classroom as needed
  • Record management, computerized and manual
  • Filing, Data entry using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software
  • Operation of copier/scanner, fax machine
  • Complete projects and any other duties assigned by faculty and staff in a timely manner
  • Respect the confidentiality of the documents being handled and the department
  • Be responsible, dependable, and professional at all times

Ability to work independently
Good communication skills, in-person and via various technology
Professional attitude
Shows initiative
Excellent organizational skills
Comfort with Zoom
Proficient with Excel and Word

Conditions of Employment

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
