Your tasks

Core Responsibilities

Responsible for Budget planning for plant location (top down premises-templates, presentations)
Analyze and control the plant budget, especially P&L, Manufacturing Variations, Period Expense Consolidation
Ensure the achievement of the plant's operational and strategical targets
Evaluate and consolidate the budgeted plant information
Control process and content of the plant information, evaluate data and prepare deviation analysis
Identify needs for central correction as well as risk and opportunities
Consolidate monthly plant information
Communicate information with Manufacturing Management and Controlling Organization
Different kind of regular and ad-hoc analysis within financial aspects required
Consulting of Local Plant Management/Controlling as well as Central Manufacturing Management and Controlling
Provide consulting service on plant related topics to Business Area and Business Units
Support Manufacturing Organization in defining standards, definitions, rules, KPIs etc. and ensure the implementation. Controlling support for the different projects (Plant, Business Area, Manufacturing, etc.) incl. activities for Mitchell Plant in Canada
Lead on the closure of all GIA audit findings in 2023
Develop and train the controlling team in Auburn

Your profile
Bachelors degree in economics, business administration or accounting
7+ years of experience in Controlling
Experience with GAAP
Experience working in a international setting
