Regan Landscape is rapidly expanding our local operations and opened a second location in Clarence! We are seeking hardscape, softscape and lawn cutting foremen to help facilitate that growth; both at the new location and our existing office in Kenmore.

We have an aggressive growth plan and a wealth of opportunity to offer in both our property maintenance and landscape construction divisions. Positions are available on all of our field teams including: Lawn cutting, maintenance, softscape and hardscape.

Ultimate salary amount will be determined by candidate's qualifications and experience.

Example duties of a Hardscape Foreman

• Train and lead a team of 3-4 employees performing all aspects of hardscape construction including: stonework, demolition, patios, dry stack stone walls, block walls, site and soil prep, grading, etc.
• Operate company equipment including but not limited to skid steer, mini-excavator, mini-skid steer, tracked loader, chop saw.
• Read landscape plans and drawings and lay out a job site and order materials.
• Meet or exceed project completion deadline for each job while finishing within budget.
• Complete all paperwork and administrative requirements related to the project.
• Interface with clients, subcontractors, architects, etc. as needed.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance (PM) on company equipment.
• Ability to read architects and engineer's scale.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of landscape maintenance, hardscape or softscape experience
• 2+ years leading a team
• Must be able to meet the minimum physical requirements for the job which includes regularly lifting 50+ LBS of material and/or equipment.

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Landscape Construction: 2 years (Preferred)
• Green Industry: 2 years (Preferred)
• Supervisory: 2 years (Preferred)
