We require a General Services Building and Management Handyman, for preventive and corrective maintenance work for our Miami headquarters, with knowledge of state regulations.

Job Duties:

Responsible for the general operation, maintenance and security of the offices.
Practical repairs and improvements where appropriate.
Perform general maintenance work and identify the best ways to troubleshoot problems.
Handyman work.
Meet with vendors, contractors and building managers.
Have to manage the General Services of the headquarters and the attention to vendors performing services or work at the headquarters.
Review of contracted services (cleaning, fumigation and any General Services contracted work).
Management and review of office supplies.
Manage possible changes of workstation sites, with the necessary furniture movement.

Requirements for the right candidate:

Experience in office maintenance service.
Knowledge required for maintenance work:
Electricity.
Carpentry.
Plumbing.
Painting.
Domotics and air conditioning.
Furniture maintenance.
Locksmith maintenance.
Computer knowledge in Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT).
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Excellent communication skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a handyman.
Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to follow instructions.
