Highland Lake Inn & Resort is hiring for the Front Desk for a part-time position.

We are looking for individuals to join our Guest Services department at the front desk that desire to grow and learn in a fun, creative, and professional environment.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule that will include days, evenings, weekends and holidays. 24 - 29 hours per week.

Duties include taking reservations, guest check in/out, promotion of our property, provide concierge service for our guests, along with a variety of other customer service duties.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing, people pleasing personality, with great customer service and communication skills. This position requires someone who excels in multi-tasking, and is highly organized. Job Requirements:

Must be able to work a flexible shift which will include evenings and weekends/holidays.

Computer skills a must. We will train on the use of our hospitality software.

Outstanding customer service/communication skills, with preference given to prior hospitality experience.

Ability to handle multiple priorities

Lifting up to 40 lbs. and able to stand for extended periods. Some bending and stooping.

Knowledge of the Hendersonville area is helpful.
