Carter Creek Winery Resort and Spa is looking for this person to work as our Guest Service Agent. Our Resort propery has 78 Villas, entertainment, restaurant, spa and award winning wine and beer. It is a one stop shop for the Hill County Traveler. Insurance benefits, paid time off, 401k plan and employee discounts makes this a job to pursue.

- Ensure that all guests feel welcome to the property
- Conduct check-in and check-out processes
- Answer inquiries pertaining to resort services, registration of guests, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to guest inquiries with accurate informatio and positive attitude
- Talk on the phone and assist with reservations
- Respond to phone calls, and retrieve guest mail, faxes and packages
- Handle cash, credit card, and other financial transactions (i.e.posting guest charges to room)
- Assist with set up of lobby and breakfast preparations if needed
- Assist with resort amenities for guest rooms and welcome letter for guests
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Knowledge of core computer programs and aptitude for working with new systems and software
- Aptitude for customer solutions and customer service
