Hello we are looking for a manager to manage an amazing built 4K sqft grow out here in Stillwater Ok!! Exciting opportunity to become a part of a rapid expanding company, with great benefits, and PTO . With two Dispensaries we are a Vertically integrated grow!! Great work environment and in depth training provided! We have, a Simple system that we train you how to run. No experience in growing but experience in management required. Basic grow knowledge is a Pluss! Starting training pay is 4K salary a month, after training is 5k a month Pluss monthly bonus’s based on yield and consistency. Our top grower with train you himself that has 10 years experience with this system that gets huge yields when done right. Upmost integrity along with sharp thinking and reliability is a must. Must be passionate about indoor farming! We look forward to hearing from you and then bringing someone on to a great team! Normal schedule 5-6 days a week 7:45-5 pm. Bonus structure is 80-92 lbs a month is 2k bonus that month!! 96+ lbs a month is 4K bonus a month!!
