Position Information

• Grounds Keeper
• Multifamily Apartment Communities
• Schedule – Monday - Friday 7 AM to 4 PM- Additional hours/days may be required based on property needs.

• Ability to operate general outdoor cleaning equipment

A Day in the Life

• Conduct daily property walks to ensure excellent curb appeal and adherence to property policies.
• Empty community trash cans.
• Power wash sidewalks and stairs.
• Clean laundry facilities.
• Clean community offices and Clubhouse
• Pick up litter on the grounds
• Maintain community pools
