Growing commercial print business searching for outstanding candidate with experience in commercial printing.

Must be highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign and Illustrator, with verifiable professional experience. We require great attention to detail and organizational skills. Production experience with digital printing, both large and/or small format is required.

Minimum Qualifications required for consideration:

• High level of proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite; primarily InDesign and Illustrator.
• 2+ years of recent professional graphic design experience.
• Previous commercial print experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Passion for print and promotional product design and production.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively work in a team environment.
• Professional appearance.

Daily Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• General typesetting and page layout of customer projects from business cards to banners.
• Creative and effective design of print collateral
• Preparing of digital print files, checking fonts, links, and colors, creating bleeds, crops, and imposing art when required.
• Creating custom quotes, work orders and invoices to accurately produce print projects.
• Communicating courteously with clients to assist them with the creation of their jobs.
• Reviewing job specifications from work orders and ensuring that client files are accurate and the finished job exceeds customer expectations.
• Effective working with digital print equipment and problem solving when needed
• Assisting with the print finishing and bindery duties such as cutting, folding, stapling, padding, etc.
• Equipment maintenance and inventory management.
• General shop cleaning and organization.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
