We are seeking a Google Services/SEO specialist to join our growing SERVPRO franchise organization operating in Tennessee and Florida.

We are looking for a SEO Specialist who can understand and develop SERVPRO and Southeast Environmental's unique SEO strategy and implement the tools and approaches through which improvements can be achieved across multiple Google platforms. You would use data to analyze the wider SEO landscape, regularly reporting to leadership. You would collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to document leads from Google, and provide data for digital advertising initiatives.

Necessary Experience and Skill Set:

• Must have a working knowledge of the following platforms:
  • Google Ads
  • Google Local Services Ads
  • Google Business Profile
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
• Geographic knowledge of service areas or map reading abilities
• Strong verbal skills to communicate effectively in English
• Knowledge in computer programs and software (database entry)
• Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Has a clear understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Typically requires a minimum of four (4) years of experience as an SEO specialist, paid search marketer, and/or other relevant marketing experience.
• Certification as a PPC specialist or experience as paid search specialist and/or SEO, preferred
• A detailed understanding of practically applying PPC and SEO marketing principles
• Data and web metrics analytical skills
• Collaborative mindset and a team player
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
• Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis and providing evidence-based recommendations
• Proven ability to implement effective bidding strategies and improve CTR, CPC and CR metrics

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• This is a largely sedentary position and may require prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk or table, typing on a keyboard, viewing a screen or monitor, conversing by phone, driving a vehicle, and participating in meetings (on-premises and virtual)
• This position may require longer hours, and some flexibility in hours may be needed depending upon the business needs
• This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, however hours can be flexible.
• We are not seeking a freelancer.
