As a Rinchem Global HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with management and employees in one of our Lines of Business (LOB). The position fosters partnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects Rinchem’s business objectives. The Global HRBP maintains an effective level of business competency, the LOB’s financial position, its immediate/midrange/long-term plans, and its culture.Primary Responsibilities of the Job:
- Act as trusted advisors and key business partners to senior leadership
- Provides strategic partnership and support through developing deep understanding of business objectives. Translate business and LOB strategies into people goals and drive execution in close partnership with LOB and broader HR team
- Ability to be an influential and credible business partner; help to set tone and direction of the business providing necessary support
- Identify, analyze and prioritize critical business challenges and deploy appropriate HR solutions
- Lead and support delivery of strategic initiatives: talent management, org design, org effectiveness support and other key programs
- Drive collaboration and best practices both within the HR community and across LOBs
- Understands pulse of employees and organization; engage regularly with all levels of employees from senior leaders to critical front line employees
- Actively contribute to realization of successful HR model with objective of continuous improvement. Drive effective collaborative partnerships within HR team
- Serve as voice of the business within the HR leadership team
- Create/deliver change management support, communicate key initiatives, timelines, to ensure successful implement and execution of programs, processes and tools
- Strong, transparent communicator who has the ability and courage to challenge when required
- Cultivates a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion
- Provide coaching and support to leaders on initiatives and business challenges
- Provide employee relations support as needed including conducting investigations, documentation, reports and guiding disciplinary actions as required
- Must have 4+ years’ experience in Human Resources,
- Project Management and organizational skills
- Experience in a global company preferred
- Highly accountable with sense of urgency
- Global sensitivity and perspective
- Experience with Change Management, Talent Management, Org Design, and Strategic Workforce Planning
- Able to maintain high degree of confidentiality
- Business acumen – understands how the business works
- Leadership courage; able to express a unique point of view even if unpopular
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Master’s Degree is a plus
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.

- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications, HRIS & LMS administration, and advanced Excel skills
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP, HRCI, PHR is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time upon short notice
