We are currently hiring for:

Job Title: General Production Laborer - 1st and 2nd shift positions available*

• 2nd shift positions have a $1.50 shift premium added to the base wage

Job Summary: In a fast-paced production, team environment, the team member will maintain safe, environment-compliant behavior and obey all company standards. The team member is responsible for a variety of general labor type activities which may include boxing and inspecting product in the production area. Position requires 100% standing in an environment less than 40 degrees. Position also requires occasional twisting and bending, and the ability to document information on area paperwork.

Job Responsibilities:

• General Labor activities.

• Maintain proper meat quality.

• Accurately weigh product if required.
• Clean assigned area before end of shift (including: pallets, garbage, floor, etc).
• Maintain pace with line speed.
• Report issues to supervisor or lead person immediately.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be safety, quality, and efficiency minded.
• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
• Exposure to cold (< 40 degrees).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds may be required.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Extensive repetitive fine motor movements.
• Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
• Candidates must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen and physical.
