Job description

You are responsible for maintaining the center’s arcade, structures, equipment, building, and systems. As a Technician, you are to ensure the ongoing service and repairs of the items within the facility are tended to in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform preventative maintenance on all aspects of the games, simulators and attractions.
• Welcoming and engaging with guests with a friendly and positive manner with a sense of urgency
• Performing electrical, mechanical, and technical work related to construction, repairs, preventive and scheduled maintenance
• Troubleshooting and preforming repairs on it hardware, structures, systems, and equipment
• Disassembling, replacing and repairing mechanical and electrical components or parts
• Maintaining inventory records
• Perform Opening, Running and Closing duties as needed
• Ensuring supplies, tools, and materials as maintained at required levels
• Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the mechanic shop and facility

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior technical and guest service experience is preferred
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends
• General knowledge/skill set on the repair and maintenance of arcades and other similar games
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
• Basic knowledge of computers systems and some general point of sale operations.
• Rudimentary knowledge of troubleshooting computer hardware and computer peripherals.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
