We are opening our Houston, TX location and are looking for a person to be in charge of our operations locally.

We sell b2b and administrative services to small businesses and starting entrepreneurs. You can see more about us at https://starthubcenters.com. We will need someone to handle administrative and customer support duties for our local clients, maintain our small office space, and coordinate meeting room bookings.

The Office Coordinator will be in charge of the following duties:

- Greeting New or Existing Client

- Providing prospects with information about our company, solutions, and availabilities.

- Providing clients with customer support and technical assistance in person or by email

- Servicing the office space

- Managing daily mail/packages

- Keeping the administrative folders organized

- Maintaining an impressive client satisfaction
