Job description

Family in South Miami is looking to add to their team of staff to care for their large family. This includes a search for two new housekeepers. Household consists of a couple, their five children and their pets (two dogs and one cat) as well as two nannies & two housekeepers. The home is presently under construction as they are building a new wing however, the current livable space is approximately 6000 square feet.

The schedule is 5 days per week, minimum 40 hours with flexibility. Rotating weekends and coordinating with the other housekeepers as needed.

Job Duties:

• General cleaning and home organization.
• Daily housekeeping and organizing, making beds, changing linens. Maintaining a cleaning routine for all areas within the home
• Vacuuming/ mopping floors
• Bathroom cleaning, changing towels, robes etc. Collect and dispose trash from bins
• Knowledgeable in the proper care of all surfaces & fine furnishes etc.
• Keeping the home organize, restocking supplies, organizing drawers, cupboards, pantry
• Daily laundry and ironing of personal laundry and linens
• Cleaning and maintaining of appliances and equipment
• Receive packages/ greet guests
• Running errands for the mother as needed etc.
• Other housekeeper related duties

Requirements;

• Minimum 5 years housekeeper exp. working in a private home
• Verifiable references
• Honest & hardworking
• Discretion & confidentiality

Compensation: Starting at $30 per hour. PTO & other benefits TBD
