Community Family Clinic, PLLC is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help provide patient care in a school based health clinic and in our well-established and respected family care practice located in Frenchburg, KY, 5 days a week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We are prepared to offer a competitive salary with productivity incentives for the right candidate. Sign on bonus will be discussed in person. Our benefit package includes four (4) weeks paid time off, paid major holidays, 401(k) with 4% company match, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and malpractice insurance. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
