Hopewell Beverage - Powder Fulfillment Team Member

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following:

• Positive attitude with a team building mindset
• Support kitting and assembly of powder 10 packs and variety packs
• Maintain cleanliness in all work areas. Equipment and work area must be kept clean, organized, and sanitary at the beginning, throughout and post the shift.
• Support and comply with all quality management systems, continuous improvement programs, food safety, employee safety, preventative maintenance programs and all require training to fulfill duties
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Capabilities:

• Proficiency and accuracy with basic counting skills
• Able to work with all levels of employees
• Frequent lifting of moderate weight materials up to 30 lbs, and occasional lifting of heavy material of 50 lbs
• Ability to maintain positive awareness of quality assurance and safety

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent and ability to read, speak and write English so as to assimilate, retain, and apply training and knowledge of job functions and recognize and communicate problems and recommended solutions
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Willingness to learn multiple stations
