We are looking for our next Fulfillment Manager

What we do

Lind-Hart Logistics, Inc. is a community focused shipping department for both individuals and businesses. We have a retail pack and ship store front, called Lind-Hart Mini Ship. Lind-Hart is a professional logistics company that offers a wide range of services from packaging and shipping to private mailbox rentals and back-end order fulfillment. Our customers and have established a trusting relationship that gives our customers valuable time back.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking to add a motivated, caring and experienced manager to our growing team. This person will be inspired by helping individuals and businesses in the community get their products safely to their destination. Often our customers aren’t logistics specialist and rely on our expertise to handle what they find stressful and confusing. It's an extremely rewarding job that requires adaptability and we have an excellent team in place that is dedicated to ensuring new members of our team are prepared for success. We are looking for a person who will align with our company’s core values of Accountability, Communication, Transparency, Consistency and Creativity. We are hoping to find someone who is equally interested and excited about their own personal growth, as well as having an impact on the customers we work with.

In general, candidates should minimally have the following to be qualified:

· Minimum education requirements.

· Minimum previous experience requirements (number of years, similar roles, management, specific tasks, systems, projects, etc.)

• Experience examples: Packaging and Shipping, Warehouse, Order Fulfillment

· Specifically desired demonstrated skills or abilities (small teams, leadership, managing through influence implementing change, etc.)

• Work Hours: Position starts as PT and comes with flexibility. Generally, M-F 12pm-5:30pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
