This is a great opportunity for an energetic team player to provide quality services in a well-established family and cosmetic practice. Experience necessary. English verbal skills and computer knowledge are essential!!! Tasks will include phone answering, scheduling appointments, greeting and meeting patients, acquiring all appropriate patient "paperwork" and data entry. We also require appropriate record keeping and collecting and posting of patient payments and insurance payments.
Knowledge of dental software is preferred; we use Dentrix and training is available for all modules.
We use all the appropriate protocols for employee and patient safety.

Applicant must be well organized with excellent communication skills. Verbal skills within the general dental office are preferred. A willingness to learn and patience are required.

This family practice is typically known to work with the whole family from very young children to their elderly grandparents. Expect to know and treat patients with a personal touch. A true "Family Practice".

We are seeking a full-time team player for office hours Monday (8-5), Tuesday (8-5), Wednesday (8-4) Thursday (8-5).

Position will involve a paid working interview, to ensure a good match.
