F45 Pearlridge, a highly sought-after fitness studio in Hawaii, is currently seeking a dynamic, friendly, & driven individual to join our team as a Front Desk Membership Advisor. Sales Associates Responsibilities & Requirements
- Provide excellent customer service & a world class experience at all times
- Responsible for proactively contacting potential & existing members & engaging with them in a friendly & professional manner
- Lead studio tours with first time visitors
- Availability for part time hours (10 - 20 hours/wk: AM & PM Shifts & weekends)
- Customer service, sales or industry specific experience – 1 year minimum
- Fitness enthusiast- May need to demonstrate exercises at the start of each class
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. of weight
- Social Media Content Creation & proficiency
Sales Associates Benefits & Perks
- Wage: $15.00 /hour + $10 commission per sale
