Looking for full time remote recruiters for the food & beverage and hospitality industry!

The Chef Agency is a leading executive search firm serving the Food + Beverage industry. Our team helps identify talent for all corporate, and Front + Back of House positions. If you know the ins and outs of the f&b industry and are looking for a change, this could be the role for you! It is very much a headhunter type of role, you find out what the client is looking for and go find them using Indeed Resume, Linked In, or Linked In Recruiter.

Job: 1099
Average Pay: 75,000k in your first year

How it works, you get paid when your candidate gets placed. You get paid a percentage of the yearly salary your candidate is offered. For example, should you place a $100,000 role. You would make $4,000 for making that one placement. You get paid 30 days after the candidate's start date. The goal would be to make two placements a month.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
