Spoons Frozen Yogurt is a locally-based purveyor of premium frozen yogurt and desserts at affordable prices. We need an experienced food service leader with proven experience successfully managing a restaurant/food establishment and who is comfortable providing direction and guidance to colleagues, as well as spearheading an efficient and effective store operation. Position requires intermittent travel between two stores--the Christiansburg Marketplace Location and the Towers Shopping Center (Roanoke) location.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year's experience in such a role and excel at working both autonomously and independently, but also be comfortable leading staff in their respective duties.

This role is responsible for hiring, training and scheduling the shifts of fellow team members, as well as covering open shifts when needed. The Store Leader will assume responsibility for the cleaning and maintenance of applicable store equipment, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment and welcoming customer aesthetic, and stocking a full product lineup. The Store Leader will also track inventory, place weekly product orders, and oversee cash deposits.
