About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated Fitness Manager with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness at Anytime Fitness. Industry experience is not required, but first-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic are! Work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere where every day is different! A free gym membership is included with this position. Starting rate is $16 per hour + bonus.

Requirements:

• High school diploma at minimum
• 1-2 years retail/sales experience
• An outgoing, high energy personality - someone who genuinely cares about people
• Available for flexible hours
• Technologically savvy - signup process is mostly electronic via iPad & computer

Key Responsibilities:

• Membership + training sales – A large component of the Fitness Manager role is centered around membership and training sales. Connect with people, learn about their needs, and help them reach their goals - what could be better?
• Brand promoters – When you love our gym, others will too. The club manager establishes relationships with members and the community and gets people excited to pursue their fitness goals in the Anytime Fitness family.
• Day-to-day operations – You'll join us in taking on club operations tasks [running reports, cleaning, etc.] daily and as the needs present themselves. This includes cleaning equipment, common areas, and restrooms with specific COVID-19 protocols.
• Culture creators – Club managers love creating an environment that inspires members and guests to share their positive experiences with friends and family. We deliver top-notch customer service and aim to improve the lives of each person we meet.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
