Responsibilities
- Support of worldwide customers in the production environment
- Installation of the self-developed MES system on existing and new hardware
- Performing Windows updates for servers and clients
- Optimizing software updates and software distribution
- Cyclic maintenance of systems and databases
- Setting of workstation parameters
- Support during commissioning of the MES system
- Support during testing
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in the field of software development or IT as well as career changers
- Several years of professional experience
- Experience in application development or as a software tester is an advantage
- Experience and profound knowledge in the Microsoft environment
- Experience in dealing with hardware interfaces
- Experience in the area of network technology
- Experience and knowledge of barcode
- Basic knowledge in dealing with relational databases and SQL knowledge
- High customer and service orientation
- Communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Constant willingness to learn and perform
- Organizational skills and sense of responsibility
- Goal-oriented and self-reliant work style
- Knowledge of German and English (fluent, written and spoken)
