We are hiring all levels of gardeners to join our team for 2023! Our Fine Gardeners love working outdoors where they are immersed in nature, tending to the needs of plants, gardens, and landscapes. Gardeners can expect full, satisfying days where there is always something new to learn, see, or experience! Our highly experienced team leaders provide the opportunity for our gardeners to learn about our organic and sustainable approach to the care and maintenance of clients’ properties.

Qualified candidates for this role will have the following:
- Entry level gardeners
- 2 years professional horticulture experience
- Knowledge of common ornamental perennials and shrubs and their care
- Understands use of common gardening tools
- Mid-level gardeners
- 3+ years professional horticultural experience as a Fine Gardener
- 2 or 4 year degree in horticulture or closely related field
- Strong plant identification skills
- Proficient in use of a broad array of gardening tools
- Industry certifications are a big plus: MCH, AOLCP, MLP, MDAR Pesticide Applicator License, etc.
- Clean driving record and reliable car
- Ability to work outdoors
- Ability to lift 40lbs
Compensation and Job Details
- This is a full-time job, 40hrs/wk, 8.5 hr days (including an unpaid ½ hr lunch), with possibility of occasional overtime
- Saturday work about 1 week per month
- Entry Level - $20-$23
- Mid Level - $24-$26
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
