Key responsibilities:

Financial Management and Control
Support others by carrying out simple financial monitoring tasks- stocktakes, balance sheet reconciliations etc.

Data Collection and Analysis

Extract relevant data from information provided by others, and input it into spreadsheets or standard formats.

Inventory reconciliation and reporting

Aid in inventory accuracy initiatives (Cylinder Liners) including BOM maintenance, WIP, Inventory task force, cycle count and physical inventories.

Assist with budget preparation by standardization of processes, reporting and analysis.

Support accounting for fixed asset acquisitions, dispositions, and reconciliation.

Assist in managing the month-end closing process, including preparation of journal entries.

Data Management
Support others by working on a variety of data management tasks.

Document Preparation
Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.

Document Management
Create, organize and maintain files containing the correspondence and records of a senior colleague.

Operational Compliance
Follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct. Perform all work in compliance with group and divisional policies. Act as main finance contact Cylinder Liners, LLC. with a focus on embedding and maintaining robust finance processes.

Insights and Reporting
Extract simple/automatic data in various forms (graphs, charts, etc.) to include in reports.

Personal Capability Building
Develop and maintain excellent process or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

3+ years of experience in similar accounting environment of a manufacturing organization.

Automotive industry experience preferred

Must be able to work and travel independently. Role requires 25% annual travel to Cylinder Liners, LLC in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

Must be Fluent in English

Strong interpersonal skills and communication desired
