Counterpointe Sustainable invests at the intersection of the commercial real estate and energy industries through diversified ESG Infrastructure investments with a financial platform that includes mortgages, C-PACE, PPAs. and other energy financial tools. Counterpointe Energy Solutions administers PACE financing programs in CA, FL and the city of Chicago.

Responsibilities span across multiple affiliated companies including funds, asset management, servicing, origination and corporate in Accounts Payable, Financials, Payroll and Human Resources with potential growth. Multiple positions available in both senior and more junior roles.

Job Description

• Collect, analyze and consolidate company financial data to monitor and to report to controller and upper management of both asset management, servicing, and origination companies including coordination with life insurance company investors
• Manage or assist with preparation of budgets and reporting. Help structure and monitor cost controls and revenue or financial decisions. Maintain financial accounts.
• Work and support COO and controller as needed across all companies
• Work with origination teams in closing financing transactions, managing bond issuances, and disbursements for real estate sustainable and resiliency improvement financing.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED 5+ years at big 4 firm or comparable with direct accounting or financial analysis experience

fluency in English required

Position is not remote and is located in our Greenwich, CT office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
