To join our team as a Field Manager! With general guidance from functional management and in accordance with organization goals, values and norms, provides direction on activities, behaviors and performance, and motivates team members. Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions. Monitors team budget and resource allocations to ensure proper use of assets; achieving profitability, productivity, and growth targets. Reports to management and program(s) on team accomplishments, achievements, and productivity. Develops long-range financial and nonfinancial objectives and strategic plans identifying internal and external issues that could affect growth and profitability. Understands customer and program requirements. Provides internal and external presentations on program offerings and savings acquisition initiatives. Analyzes local market data to inform program forecasts.

Manage subcontractors and Field staff; Field specialists and Home Assessors.

Teach and train others in Practice.

Work closely with leadership on most complex, high risk, high payoff, accounts and projects.

Work on standard work and more complex projects, especially in concert with team members on larger projects or with engineering on new measures.

Conduct complex Post Install Checks in person or remotely.
