Overview: Responsibilities:

Blue Halo is seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO) to manage, administer, and coordinate industrial security programs and other security activities to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.

The FSO will process and review personnel security clearances and maintain all security documentation, files, and clearance and suitability rosters in accordance with government requirements. The FSO will have an understanding and experience of the NISPOM and general security requirements for the Department of Defense and other Federal agencies. Serve as the COMSEC Manager for a small COMSEC account.

We are seeking a proven leader, as you will be the lead FSO of a Multiple Facility Organization with facilities across the country.

Qualifications:

• Current United States Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret/SCI.
• 7+ years of current specialized experience.
• Maintain compliance with Department of Defense (DoD)
• Manuals and Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) as well as specific program requirements
• Conduct and prepare for Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) audits, self-inspections, and interface with auditors as needed
• Develop and administer security education training; conduct foreign travel briefings and debriefings; prepare, review and track DD254s; maintain security documentation as required
• Conduct in-processing of new employees to include execution of SF 312 Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA); Program Access Requests (PARs); and other customer vetting processes as required
• Manage and initiate personnel clearances and processing visit access requests (VARs) in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) as well as all other applicable access documentation as needed.
• Provide employees with personnel security guidance consistent with the 13 adjudicative guidelines to assist them in managing their clearances
• Investigate, document and report security violations.
• Act as the ITPSO for the Insider Threat Program.
• Serve as COMSEC Manager.
