JOB TITLE: Facilities Associate

STATUS: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

START DATE: April 2023

HOURS: Monday-Thursday 1:00pm - 9:30pm & Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm/Occasional Overtime

REPORTS TO: Facilities Supervisor

LOCATION: Wauwatosa Campus

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for performing maintenance and facilities tasks for the market.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Maintain overall building maintenance, including utilities and repairs
• Closing the college campus on Fridays
• Relocating furniture between campuses
• Assists with campus events, including performing set up and tear down
• Perform related duties and responsibilities, as needed between all three campuses
• Transporting students to and from campus by the shuttle bus
• Other duties assign by your manager

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Proficient in excel, knowledge of AutoCAD is desired
• Ability to meet and deal effectively with students of diverse populations
• Confidence and self-assurance
• Customer service & willingness to assist in all aspects of the college
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all associates
• Knowledge of College systems and procedures
• Strong communication skills and decision-making abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid Wisconsin Driver's License

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma/GED required
• Experience in building maintenance
