Spherion Staffing is hiring Experienced Machine Operators to begin work in Lebanon, IN!

Shifts and Pay:
2nd: Monday-Friday 2:50PM - 11PM $19/HR
3rd Monday-Friday 10:50PM - 7AM $19/HR
Mandatory Overtime

**Must be able to train on first shift during first week on job - Monday is 9am-3pm, then Tues-Fri is 7am-3pm ***

responsibilities:
- Monitoring and maintaining warehouse equipment and machinery
- Setting up manufacturing equipment
- Using machine equipment to complete tasks
- Performing routine inspections of manufacturing equipment

skills:
- Must be able to bend, squat, lift, and consistently move throughout the whole shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

qualifications:
- No degree required
- Manufacturing background and machine operating is a plus, but not required
- Previous Machine Operating experience
- Must be able to pass fraction test and ruler test
