The Tewksbury Inn is looking for a professional Sous Chef to join our Kitchen Team alongside our Executive Chef. We are looking for a mature individual to strengthen our kitchen team and bring in new exciting ideas to the kitchen.

We are a very well established restaurant located right off route 78 in the small town of Oldwick. We have a well loved, classice menu, but always welcome creativity in the kitchen. We are a hardworking team that provides great food, service and experiences to our guests.

Candidate must be reliable, willing to work full time, nights, holidays and weekends are required (though we are very accommodating of scheduling needs and close for major holidays like Christmas, New Years Day, Super Bowl, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving). We offer paid time off (1 week at 6 months, 2 weeks at 24 months), excellent health & dental benefits. Yearly raises and bonuses are offered based on performance. We provide a good work-life balance.

Candidate must have prior experience in kitchens in a management position (or a willingness to learn and grow), have butchering skills and be reliable. We are open 7/days a week for lunch and dinner, we rely heavily on our staff to be here, be on time, and work hard.
