Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant is an exciting and dynamic role, providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer of Ojai Valley Community Hospital in a fast-paced environment, where you'll have a front-row seat to key decisions and be a trusted confidant in managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with professionalism and flair. This highly-coveted position involves preparing reports, conducting research, and assisting with project management, allowing you to make a significant impact on the organization's success while working alongside industry leaders and visionaries. The ideal candidate will bring a can-do attitude, excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of executives, adapting quickly to changes and infusing energy and positivity into the work environment. Assist with managing the daily functions of the Administration Department. Serves as the primary initial contact for OVCH Administration, coordinating the flow of information and contacts between the CAO and others. Assist the management team as requested.

This position will be located at our Ojai location.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of administrative, executive assistant, or related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Three (3) or more years experience in medical administration
