BIR Developments LLC is a progressively growing, financially stable, diversified company, who is currently seeking excavation laborer
We are looking for experienced laborer. Our work is done in Knoxville and surrounding areas.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Project clean up
- Hand digging with shovel
- Landscaping
- Hardscaping
- Loading, unloading & moving materials
- Helping equipment operators and foreman
- Check vehicle fluids; transmission, oil, windshield wiper, antifreeze, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Pay based off abilities and experience
- Bonus pay
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a laborer
- Able to operate small equipment is a plus
- Ability to use good judgment
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Valid applicable state license
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail
- Class A CDL a plus (Not Required)
