• Developing the plan for startup and operation of the eVinci Nuclear Test Reactor (NTR) and commercial eVinci reactor (EVR)
• Developing the startup and operating procedures, and limiting conditions for operations (LCO) for the NTR and EVR,
• Developing the simulator development plans for both the NTR and EVR,
• Develop the operator training strategy,
• Developing the plan and oversight of eVinci Digital Twin development for EVR including interface to D&I organization for resource management,
• Primary interface with D&I to coordinate the core monitoring functions for eVinci.

• BS Engineering Required
• Minimum 8 years applicable experience; 10 plus years preferred
• The successful candidate should have nuclear operations background with demonstrated leadership skills experienced in interfacing with multi-disciplinary functional areas.
• Experienced in product development programs in the design, engineering, and research development phase is a plus as is experience with modeling & simulation, code development or use, software, I&C or programming is a plus.
• The candidate will have a small team (3-4) of direct reports with a large team of matrix reports necessary to execute this scope of work.
