Compensation: $24.65 hourly ($51,272 annually), generous benefits package

Evaluation and Learning Analyst – Position Summary
The Evaluation and Learning Analyst is a member of the Evaluation and Learning Department and is responsible for overseeing the data collection and evaluation for youth in all of FLY’s current communities (Alameda, Santa Clara, Contra Costa, San Francisco, and San Mateo Counties) for three of FLY’s program models; leading database training for new staff; providing general database administration support; conducting program quality checks; and providing reporting support internally and externally.
Primary Responsibilities
Staff Training & Program Support
Deliver the assessment and Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) database training for new and transitioning program staff
Collaborate with Talent to track and ensure that staff complete all assigned E&L training
Facilitate regular check-in meetings with program staff to assess and respond to ongoing evaluation training and support needs
Provide ongoing training on best practices for data collection to program staff
Database Implementation & Reporting
Respond to assigned E&L support requests in a timely manner
Create new ETO accounts and maintain proper database access for program staff
Conduct monthly maintenance of participant files in the ETO database
Pull and share data reports to support program reporting and inform ongoing learning
Quality Assurance
Own the auditing of programs to ensure data completeness and integrity for programs
Send out quarterly demographic and recidivism tracking report checks
Support the E&L Manager with any additional auditing of programs as needed to maintain data integrity
Follow up with program staff on any missing data items and/or training opportunities to improve data quality
Learning & Analysis
Conduct Post Program Evaluations and lead teams in reflective analysis
Support Rapid Cycle Evaluation projects to ensure FLY programs are responding swiftly to emerging needs and opportunities
Provide input on data trends for program evaluation projects to help improve responsive and equitable programming
Create visual presentations of data to support reflective practices spaces for internal learning
Make programmatic placement recommendations to Managers based on baseline assessment data and qualitative assessment of youth

This position is a full-time/non-exempt role at a rate of $24.65/hourly with differential pay options based on an advanced degree and, when applicable to the role, speaking another language. Our Total Rewards Package also includes the following:
